Late cancellations or rescheduling:

I do not currently charge for late cancellations or rescheduling. If multiple late cancellations/reschedules happen, you will not be able to book again.

No shows:

No call/no shows will be charged 50% of the service price. Two no-shows and you will not be able to book again.

Late arrival to appointment:

After 15 minutes, there is no time for a full blow-dry style. I can either quickly dry your hair with no styling or you may walk out wet. Either way, the appointment will end at the scheduled time.

After 20 minutes, we will need to reschedule.

Redos

Please let me know within 7 days if your service needs adjusting. Free.

After 7 days, any adjustments will incur normal service pricing.

Product Returns

Products are returnable if only less than 10% of the product was used AND it has been less than 30 days.

Electronic payments are preferred.

No change for cash kept on site.
